This class is designed to introduce the basic tumbling fundamentals and continue to build core strength and body awareness. Participants will concentrate on back limbers, standing back hand springs, running back hand springs, combination series front/back walkover to back hand springs, and introduction to tuck drills. If an athlete is pursuing competitive cheer they will be required to connect jump series to back hand springs.
This class is to master new skills at the most elite level of tumbling. This is the perfect class for students who want to take their tumbling skills to a higher level. Participants will concentrate on standing fulls, fulls, kick fulls, arabians, double fulls, punch front step outs to back hand spring full, and several combination connecting passes.
* Must have mastered a full twisting layout, whips, and punch fronts to enroll in this class.
This class is for advanced cheerleaders who have solid tumbling skills. The participants will concentrate on standing tuck, round off tuck, back hand springs to tuck, punch front, punch front step outs to back hand spring tuck, introduction to layouts, mastery of layouts, whips, introduction to full, and mastery of full. If athlete is pursuing competitive cheer they will be required to connect jump series to standing back tuck.
Intro to tumbling is a great way to learn a strong tumbling foundation. The athlete will begin skills that will help develop their bodies to be a strong tumbler/cheerleader. Participants will successfully master hand stands, back walkover, front, walkover, forward roll, cart wheels, round offs, hurdle, and hand stand snap downs.
